Sarvodaya School

Chavara Region took over Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, a Gujarati-medium school owned by the Sarvodaya Trust, in 2009 during the tenure of Fr. Mathew Kalathoor as Regional Superior. The school was established in July 2003 by Mr. Anwarbhai, a dedicated social worker, to serve the educational needs of children from nearby villages, particularly those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Fr. Joyce Aryasseril served as the first Principal, followed by Fr. Jaise Chempanamthadathil, Fr. Joby Koloth and Joseph Kallampallil. The institution currently offers classes from Standard 9 to Standard 12 (Arts). Fr. Santhosh Kizhakketthil is its present Director.
