St. Xavier’s CBSE School Bhavnagar

Established in 2008 during the tenure of Fr. Jose Thumbelettu as Regional Superior, St. Xavier's CMI Public School holds the distinction of being the first CBSE school of the Saint Chavara Vice-Province. Fr. Thomas Pazheparampil served as its founding principal. Initially, the school functioned in one of the buildings on the St. Mary's campus, before moving to its present premises within the Provincial House compound.

The foundation stone for the new building was laid by Fr. Jose Kuzhichalil, then Provincial, on 26 February 2012. Leadership of the school subsequently passed from Fr. Thomas to Fr. Jose Thumbelettu, and later to Fr. Vinod Poovakkottu. The present principal, Fr. Sanil Vettathel, continues to guide the institution with vision and dedication.

Through a blend of proactive initiatives and pioneering efforts, St. Xavier's has evolved into an institution marked by excellence and innovation. Today, it boasts a beautiful, well-equipped campus with modern infrastructural facilities.
